Kelly & Nathan had a beautiful spring wedding in the French Quarter. Both Kelly and Nathan got dressed at the Royal Sonesta and decided to see each other before the wedding (YAY!). Kelly was so excited and so cute while getting dressed to see her groom. She had the biggest smile all day long. Nathan looked very handsome in his military dress uniform - but that didn't prevent him from getting down at the reception!! They had a very sweet, loving first meeting and you can tell they were very happy to be getting married.

The reception followed in the grand ballroom at the Royal Sonesta with Rick from Decades spinning the tunes. Both sides of the family were truly enjoying themselves.

Congratulations Kelly and Nathan!! Hope you enjoyed your honeymoon! I am very glad to have been a part of your wedding and getting to know your families.

What an amazing wedding with an incredibly, fantastic couple. I truly love Sara and Jonas - their personality, their style, their laid back attitude. Such a great, loving couple. And, Sara, is beautiful and has the best smile.

Sara and Jonas had their entire day at the beautiful Fairfax House. Sara is a hairstylist and make-up artist, so she did her own hair and make-up and looked fabulous. Sara and all of her girls got dressed there and then we got to walk around for some fun pics before the guests arrived. Valerie with Southern Fete had everything taken care of down to the last detail with the couple worrying about nothing. It is so nice when my couples are truly taken care of - makes them so much more relaxed to have some fun.

Sara looked gorgeous and Jonas was very handsome and smiling away! They had a very touching ceremony officiated by Sara's brother, which made it so much more personal. Then the reception followed behind the Fairfax House with a cool lounge area under the oak trees with candles hanging from the trees.

Sara and Jonas, ya know I love ya!!! I am so very thankful to have worked with you on your wedding and to be a part of your day. You guys are fantastic!!

They had mason jars with candles everywhere - over the ceremony location, hanging in the trees by the lounge area, on the tables under the tent. Such a cute display of candles all over.

Their colors were black, red and white - which was done so nicely - and the candy buffet had all white candy/chocolate. MMMM they were good.

Such a great idea!!! Instead of a guest sign in book, they had guests paint one square on the canvas for them. Sara and Jonas, I painted one on the left side - the best looking one :)

Christina and Justin braved it! Dirt, filth, broken glass and some history. And one room I was glad to get away from!!! Loved it guys and can't wait until the wedding in a few months.

Danielle & Brandon had a fun, laid back, beautiful wedding. The ceremony was held at St. Landry Church in Opelousas with a reception that followed at the Carencro Community Center. Danielle & Brandon truly enjoyed themselves and each other and were so very cute together. Danielle lights up when she smiles and laughs and they are such a cute couple.

Lisa and Jason had a fantastic, beautifully decorated, fun, crazy wedding. Lisa and her girls got dressed in a beautiful suite at the top of the Sheraton with an awesome view of the city. The ceremony and reception were then held at the Board of Trade, which was decorated by Bella Blooms. Bella Blooms did an incredible job with the ceremony! It looked fantastic.

I got to work with the awesome videographers, Terry and Joe with Studio Vieux Carre. They are so much fun to work with and so good at what they do! Love you guys.

The reception was a rocking with the Boogiemen and it got crazy in there. Everyone was having such a great time at Lisa & Jason's wedding.

Nicole & Charles had a beautiful evening wedding. Nicole was very relaxed the entire day and looked gorgeous.

Nicole and all of her girls got dressed at Nicole's parents house on the Northshore. The ceremony was held at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Mandeville and the reception was held at Money Hill. Her gorgeous flowers were done by Ambiance and the music was Big Wheel Band, who rocked the house for the couple and their guests.

Other than losing electricity during the ceremony, the wedding was very beautiful.

With some flashlights and my video lights, the ceremony went on. Nicole and Charles, you guys didn't even seem bothered by any of it, which was great to see.

It was kinda neat in the church with no lights except for candelight - kinda weird at first, but very cool to see.

What a couple, what a wedding!!! Dara and Trent had an incredibly amazing wedding. It started with everyone getting dressed at the W Hotel on Poydras. The ceremony was held at First Presbyterian and the reception followed at the Audubon Tea Room. Mojeaux rocked the house all night and Urban Earth did an amazing job on the flowers and decor. Everything looked so good. Can anyone guess these Manolo Blahnik shoes and where they have been seen before?? Aren't they fab??

Dara and Trent are such a fun, loving, out of the box couple who has an incredible sense of style. Every little detail was meticulously done and fabulous. Dara looked amazing!! I could not wait to post her bridal session - images below by the way. She is a fashion designer who designed her own dress!! It was beautiful and just the way she wanted it. I was so excited to see it just due to the fact that she designed it. Dara and Trent know how to have fun and adore each other. They are so wonderful to work with and I'm going to miss them dearly!!!

Anyway, Dara and Trent I hope you enjoyed Paris - I'm jealous!! When you move to New York you better keep in touch. I know you are both very excited.

Getting ready to go down the aisle. Dara and Trent had a choir sing for everyone's entrance and let me tell you - breathtaking. Especially when they sang "At Last" when Dara came down that aisle. The choir was just perfect for that moment. The sound in the church, the voices, that moment was perfect.

What a cake!!! Can ya tell it was a peacock feather that was the inspiration for the wedding color scheme??? This beautiful cake was done by Sucre. Talk about one of a kind and beautifully done. And tasted good too - which is important!!

Urban Earth did the flowers and centerpieces which played into the peacock feather color inspiration. They did a fabulous job.

And they took dance lessons!! And they were good at it too.

They had a photo booth as well - each guest received a copy and Dara and Trent got a copy for them also. We snuck in the photo booth :)

And, of course, they had their own logo for the whole amazing event. Every little detail!!

I truly enjoyed every minute of the wedding!! You guys are just great. Want visitors in New York??

Linda and Phuong had a fabulous wedding with an unusually very warm day on Dec. 27th!! They had a traditional Vietnamese wedding starting at Linda's parents' house, then ceremony and very large reception that followed with lots of alcohol flowing, toasting and dancing!!

Linda and Phuong put on a great party for their guests and Linda looked absolutely fantastic. She had three outfits !

What can I say other than absolutely amazing wedding for Lisa and Bryan! It was beautiful, elegant and fun. I got to work with some incredible vendors for Lisa and Bryan's wedding. We had Michelle Adams with Unique Weddings, who is awesome in her own right. The ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful Intercontinental Hotel. The unbelievably amazing flowers were done by Dunn & Sonnier. The fabulous Kirk Leonard with One Louder Productions was the videographer. And, last but not least was the rocking band Louisiana Spice who always puts on a great show and gets the party going.

Lisa and Bryan know how to get a wedding planned. They picked some incredible people to work with. The wedding was truly gorgeous and so very special to them. One thing I loved about Lisa and Bryan was that they chose to have their wedding in New Orleans - they live in Atlanta - to give back to the city that lost so much. The day before their wedding, I heard, they volunteered with animals and took time to give what they could in their own time and hard work. So, they are a fabulous couple who are extremely family oriented, fun and generous.

Lisa and Bryan I truly enjoyed being at your wedding and getting to know you guys and your families. All families should be as close as you guys are. Congratulations and enjoy Argentina!

I am extremely blessed in my life and very thankful for the wonderful people that I have in my life. My two angels are everything to me and they make every day of my life special and amazing.

I have had an amazing 2008 year and hope for another amazing year in 2009 and I owe it to all of my couples past and future!! Thank you for loving my work and seeing a talent to capture your wedding. My and Manh had a beautiful December wedding two weekends ago. My looked absolutely amazing in her dress. Her dress was so beautiful and just perfect for her. Just everything was perfect. Just look how amazing this dress and veil is. I love long veils.

I know, I know, get to the wedding details!! My and her girls got dressed at Le Pavillon in New Orleans in a beautiful suite. The ceremony was at Holy Name of Jesus Church on St. Charles Avenue. They picked that church because they met while attending Loyola University. The reception followed at Le Pavillon, which was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

My and Manh, I had a great time with you guys and your wedding was just beautiful.
